Roommate wanted by May

Hi, my name is Alicia! I'm looking for a roommate for my apartment in Tampa. Rent responsibility is the amount listed, plus split utilities. (Roommate pays electricity, I pay all others). Room will be available in May.

I work full time as a lab assistant and I enjoy art, drag, music, and a good sense of humor. Creatives welcome, POC and LGBTQ+ friendly! I mostly spend time at work, going out or in my room, but I'm open to time together if we click. Not required though!

The apartment is very spacious and open. Living room and bedrooms are carpeted. There's in-unit laundry and a private screened balcony. You would have your own bathroom and a bedroom to decorate and make your own! The complex is pet-friendly, and has a gym, pool, and a dog park. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and nightlife are just a short drive away!

I have one very sweet cat. She's friendly and usually stays in my room but likes to say hello when she's out.

I'm responsible and respectful. I always pay bills on time and clean up after myself. I believe common areas should be maintained by and for everyone! I'm looking for the same qualities in a roommate :) I'm usually in my room but I'm friendly when our paths cross. I am mostly looking to keep things cordial and independent, but I'm also open to bonding if it’s organic.
