I'm looking for someone to takeover my bath apartment from May 5th to July at Coconino Rd. This unit is also available for lease renewal if you're looking to stay long term. The apartment can have occupants and the room is big enough to hold two beds. The place also has an expansive deck. Rent is $/month (including internet) and the unit comes with all appliances including a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Parking is free. The place is pet friendly (additional pet fees) and community facilities include gym, volleyball/basketball courts, swimming pools and dog parks.
