Move in May, June or Mid-July

I am looking for someone to sublease or lease my room in a apartment. If you move in May or June, you could sublease but if you move in mid July, you can just take over the lease. I need to move closer to work haha, the drive is too much! But my roommates are so chill and friendly. One is a cosmetologist and the other works in tech.

Anyways the best part of this place is that you would be less than a mile from the USF Tampa campus! There’s also a pool, gym, game room, and movie room!

You would be receiving the deluxe unit which includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet (this is actually very big because I can fit a small couch in there).

This unit comes fully furnished, with an in-unit washer and dryer; and, the room includes a desk, a bed, a nightstand, and a dresser.

Rent will be $ a month!
