I am renting out my spare room in Williamsburg for a short term rental months. Located at Roebling and Hope Street, 5 min walk to the Bedford L Subway stop. This is a 2BR apartment that will be shared with just myself. The room is in the back of the building over the building's courtyard. Making it very quiet but gets a lot of sunlight. The room is fully furnished with a full sized bed, desk and chair, dresser and Large (8ft) closet with tall ceiling heights. Large living room and kitchen with washer/dryer in unit. Space also has a shared outdoor garden that is very quiet and under utilized!

Nearby Subway Lines: L (Bedford), G (Metropolitan Ave) , J, M, Z (Marcy Ave)

Great location in Williamsburg close to a ton of restaurants, bars, gyms, and easy access to NYC. Equinox, Whole Foods, Trader Joes all very close.

About Me: I am who lives alone, easy to get a long with, neat and tidy. I work a lot outside of the apt, so I am not at the apartment too often. Usually out or away a lot of weekends.
