Looking for a female roommate (ages ) for a month-to-month lease, with the possibility of extending up to three months, depending on the sale of the home. The house has been listed for days, so the lease would be terminated upon sale.

About the Space:
- Large home near Midtown
- Private bedroom (unfurnished) in the front of the home
- Private bathroom
- Access to the front living room, dining room, and kitchen
- Plenty of parking space
- $/month (includes all utilities + internet)

- No kids, no pets (We have two dogs that stay in the back of the home and a cat)

About Us:
I’m a -year-old single female living full-time in the home with my -year-old son and occasionally my 2-year-old son (pending custody arrangements). We primarily stay in the back portion of the house, so you would have your own space in the front.
