Looking for a responsible tenant to share my peaceful condo. You'll have your own private bedroom (approx. ) and bathroom, located at the front of the unit for added privacy.

About the Condo & Amenities:
- Quiet and well-maintained community
- Scenic views with two small lakes (fishing allowed)
- Access to multiple pools
- Smoking permitted outside on the lanai
- All utilities included (except optional cable TV in the bedroom, which you'd cover)

About Me:
- I'm very quiet, respectful, and keep to myself when I'm home
- I have one senior cat
- I smoke on the lanai and occasionally in my bedroom (with a fan and air purifier running)

Requirements & Terms:
- Single occupancy only (No pets, kids, or overnight guests-HOA rules)
- Must pass and pay for a background check (No criminal record)
- First month's rent + deposit required
- Available ASAP (-year lease preferred, but flexible)
