Looking for a responsible and friendly roommate to rent a private bedroom in my -bathroom apartment in San Diego. The room features a spacious closet with sliding doors and shares the hallway/guest bathroom.

Apartment Features:

In-unit washer and dryer

Full access to common areas (kitchen, living room)

Street parking available (no on- parking, but usually easy to find)

Super friendly beagle in the apartment (he will be kenneled when I’m not home)


About Me & Living Arrangements:

I work Monday–Friday, PM, and weekends, PM.

My -year-old son visits occasionally and stays in my room when he does.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate who is comfortable with a dog.


Requirements & Rent Details:

Rent: $/month (not including utilities)

Utilities: Gas, electric, water, trash, and internet (split evenly)

Move-in date: Preferably April 1st (first month’s rent + deposit required)

Must pass a background check and be added to the lease through the landlord
