In need of a new friend/roomie!

Our current roommate is trying to move to Alaska for a new job, so we are on the hunt for a new fun roommate to hopefully be friends with! Currently it's myself () and my roommate Erica () that live here and we are both very easy going a fun, not too many rules here. Neither of us smoke or do drugs, we don't drink or party much at all because we both work a lot. We work long hours out of the house and both work on boats, so potential for free boat rides is there haha. We try to be very eco conscious with everything in the house as well, we are nature lovers! We also have a dog and a cat and are totally open to more animals! This spot kind of has everything you need too, it's got parking spaces for everyone, a garage, a backyard, washer and dryer and dishwasher. It's also only a short walk to back bay, short drive to the beach, and close enough to grocery stores and shops however has a small neighborhood feel, it's a little bit of everything! We are looking to find a roommate before June 1st so if that sounds up your ally we'd love to hear from you!
