Description

The room contains the basic amenities to include an under counter fridge freezer, microwave, inch tv, electric kettle, extension lead to include USB ports, office table and chair, floor standing mirror, double wardrobe and a 5 drawer chest. The room suffered damp previously but now has had a refurbishment so it's now a very cosy and comfortable room to live in. All bills are included within the price, the lodger will have use of the shared washing machine and the shared bathroom. The room has enough space to dry your clothes and a clothes airer will be provided for you.
