Private room and private bathroom available in a calm home in Santa Paula. The room is in its own section of the house for extra privacy. You will not be sharing the room or bathroom with anyone. The only other resident in the house is the homeowner. No pets are allowed.

There is a lot of natural light inside, with skylights throughout the house, including in your private bathroom. Your room has views of the mountains from the front and back sides of the home. The house has a heated pool and jacuzzi, a drinking water system, and a soft water system. Citrus trees with lemons, limes, and oranges are also on the property. The kitchen has a dual convection oven and microwave. There is a washer and dryer with steam settings. You’ll have your own dedicated cabinets for groceries and linens. Parking in the driveway is included, and street parking is available too.

The house is located minutes from Ventura and minutes from Oxnard. It is close to beaches, stores, and restaurants.

Utilities are included, such as Wi-Fi, electric, water, and gas. The security deposit is one month's rent. There will be a credit and background check.
