Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well! I’m currently looking for a replacement tenant for my ensuite room in Ewen Henderson Court, a postgraduate hall at Goldsmiths.

Room Details: The room is spacious enough for single person, fully furnished, and includes a private ensuite bathroom. It also has shared kitchen facilities. The flatmates are very quiet and tidy, making it a peaceful living environment.

The location is also ideal, with Sainsbury's and B&M just a 5-minute walk away, New Cross Gate Station a 3-minute walk, and the university a -minute walk.

Price: £ per week, including bills. The deposit has already been paid, so you would only need to cover the remaining accommodation fees until the end of the contract ().
