QUIET place, PRIVATE BR

Move-in date: Between NOW and April fifteenth.I'm a single, male, very clean, self-employed software engineer who doesn't smoke, drink or take any kind of drugs (so living with "four-twenty people" is a big NO-NO). I prefer peace and quiet and a place where I can concentrate on my challenging work (I work from home). I'm also a musician / guitarist (genres: progressive metal, flamenco jazz, jazz fusion). But no worries! All (electric) guitar playing would be done over headphones, so it's completely silent. And the flamenco / acoustic guitar (which can't be played silently) I have I wouldn't play at home. The only reason I'm mentioning it is because you might be someone who is into the same genre of music (which would be great, of course). I'm a very considerate person and would never bother anyone with any kind of noise.I'm looking for a QUIET (no loading docks, no back-up beepers, no bus ramp beepers, no barking dogs, no drug dealers / addicts, no party people, no loud traffic, no fire stations / fire trucks / frequent sirens, no bus stops / stations, etc.) place with 1 large room (at least one hundred and fifty square feet) and a private (NOT shared) bathroom somewhere north of the ten freeway, east of the San Diego freeway, west of Pasadena and south of Van Nuys.
