Looking for a New Roommate for Lease Takeover in Zona Village Apartments, Davie, Florida
Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over a part of the lease in a -bathroom apartment at Zona Village Apartments in Davie, Florida, until October .
You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, sharing the apartment with two other roommates. The apartment includes a shared living room, kitchen, and balcony, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. The complex offers great amenities like a gym and swimming pool.
The distance from Nova Southeastern University by walking is minutes, by bike it is 7 minutes, and by car it is 3 minutes.
Rent is approximately $ per month(we can agree a better price), and need someone who can move by May nd but I can be flexible with the day, preferably a college student.
