2 sunny private bedroom for rent near the University of Calgary.

Available April 1st.

Rent is $ monthly. All utilities are all setup and included (heat, water, electricity and wifi - everything) making the monthly total $ security deposit.

The house is located an 8-minute walk from the University of Calgary and a 5-minute walk from the Redline CRT station. Along with a -minute commute to downtown and grocery stores in close proximity.

The bedrooms would be unfurnished, with a shared bathroom upstairs and in the basement. With a shared kitchen and amenities. One rear parking space is available along with on the street parking as needed. The house includes an outdoor space with a porch and a fire pit. Unfortunately the house is not pet friendly.

We are looking to fill 2 of the rooms in our lovely 5 bedroom house. We are a co-ed group of young somethings who are working and going to school. We are all friendly and social people but enjoy a clean space. We love music, books and movies! Our house is LGBTQ+ and cannabis friendly.

Preference towards girls, and students we are looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful roommates to share our space with!
