Hey Everyone! I'm Jared. I’m an AI researcher starting a job in NYC in May! Looking for other fun and interesting young people to find an apartment with a May/June lease start date!

About me: I did my undergrad at Duke (computer science/ English) and just finished my grad degree in ECE at Hopkins. I'm into running, reading, working out, EDM music, jazz, chess, going to bars, scuba diving, skiing, and playing the piano. I’m pretty active and energetic, but I also totally respect people’s downtime and love a clean apartment. My last roommate is literally my best friend now and would love that to happen again, but there’s obviously no forcing that. About the apartment: Definitely have a strong preference for Manhattan. (Maybe you could convince me to do Williamsburg? Maybe? I doubt it). I would prefer either lower west side or lower east side, but also open to Chelsea or Hell’s Kitchen or possibly somewhere else. My ideal budget would be around per person, but would be willing to go up to around if we find something particularly awesome. I care way more about location than amenities
