Hi, myself along with 3 other UofM students are looking to sublease our bath apartment to anyone staying in Ann Arbor over the summer.

The apartment is part of the Zplace Apartment complex at East University Avenue, which is in the middle of campus across from the Ross School of Business.

It is fully furnished and comes with a washer/dryer along with a weight room next door.

Unlike the rest of the units in the complex, it comes with an outdoor patio that encompasses the back area of the building and extra elevated ceilings.

We are ideally looking for a group of 4 but smaller sizes are still welcome to reach out.
