Couple looking for our next home

Please consider this as a joint application with my husband. Carlo (me), is yrs old, working as a Local Area Coordinator, while Reinhard (my husband), is yrs old, working as an Accountant. We earn a combined household income of > $k a year.

We’re a married professional gay couple who migrated from the Philippines. We are seeking a rental which we could call our next home. We are turning 4 years in our current lease, and we decided it's time to find a bigger and better accommodation as we might have a family friend join us (not confirmed). We don’t smoke and party and we don’t have pets either. Our hobbies include going out for brunches and discovering new restaurants in Perth. We also love op shopping. For fitness, we do badminton, yoga and hiking.

We both work full-time, so our only time together is at home after work and weekends. We enjoy cooking and watching a movie together before going to bed. We are neat and tidy individuals as proven from our rental inspection records — always a perfect clean rating!
