Hello there,

This Room is Ready to Check out (available April 1st)
Room is over sq ft! Is fully furnished with a California king bed (best mattress ever!), large TV, multiple dressers, night stands, large safe, dimmable lights, ceiling fan, 2 sinks, Private bath...

Can't believe I just turned ugh lol, straight male with a home near Gilbert Road and Baseline. (Great safe area, Lots around)
The home has two driveways, two RV gates, plenty of parking, a fireplace inside and outside, laundry, 2 refrigerators/ multiple freezers, a stove/ oven, other kitchen appliances, grill out back, a barn, garage (available storage).
I want to keep it simple. All utilities such as water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet WIFI, and Maid Service once a month are included with the rent.
I have two amazing pups. They are both pit mixes and just may lick and love you to death haha. My pups only have access to the backyard unless we invite them into the main area.
The Guys that live here are really nice, clean, active, work, believers, Patriots, and care about others/ the future of this country! (no jabs here) I am grateful for such awesome roommates!

let's be real here I just want to be a roommate/ friend & have fun good wholesome times, chats, activities, not be a dang landlord (who wants that? lol) so we can come home to a positive comfortable environment. Life is too short for drama.
