Looking for a roommate

Hello there! My roommate and I are looking for someone to move into the 3rd room in the house. Preferably someone long term. We are students and have jobs so we will be busy at times but would love to hangout too! There is a lot of space in the house, multiple living rooms, garage, patio, front and backyard, garden beds. The house is located in a nice quiet part of town with a trail across the street. We do have one small cat and one small dog. I like to hike, read, garden and swing dance!
