I am a pilot with a second residence in Cincinnati I need to get rid of. The place is a shared living apartment with new furniture and two other amazing ladies at the new building, The Vanguard. (Bedroom also furnished). Perfect for a summer student. Walking distance to UC and close to the highway. The lease ends in July.

/month plus a lease transfer fee, willing to negotiate that.

Private bathroom, furnished. No pets but Pets are allowed. Laundry in unit.
