Hello! I'm Ashley Hee-Yeon Kim, a PhD student at UD. I'm looking for a person to sublease my room at the Waverly, which is bath, but you would get a private bedrooom and a bathroom, and you just have to share the kitchen and the laundry room with the other roommates. The roommates are all females, so it would be great if I could sublease my room to a female student. One of them is a student from UD, and the others are working around the Newark area, and they are really kind and welcoming.
Rent is at $/month, and you would have to pay utilities separately each month (which costs about $). Also, there is a shuttle bus that runs from the apartment to campus, so transportation is convenient.
I am looking to sublease my room from May - July st. If you'd like to continue your lease with the Waverly, you probably can, because they still have some other rooms left.
