Located on a full acre corner lot. About a full mile off of River Rd. - miles from the flashing light in Lively - on Va. Rt. 3. My lot is about % shaded during the day. But if you want A/C? I will help install it in your room's window. Baseboard heat during the winter months.(Having an electric blanket helps a lot.)
