The apartment is completely furnished except for your private space. This is a newer addition with one previous tenant so all of the appliances are state of the art and new. Washer and dryer included in the unit. The complex has tons of amenities such as a resort style pool that's open year round, an up to date gym, a clubhouse with a pool table and games. There is also a volleyball court, a dog park, tennis court, and car washing station. Plus a lot more! The lease would be one year beginning in July.
