The entire upstairs which includes a bedroom, private bathroom,and loft . Attic storage is available. The backyard opens to a Greenway so we have occasional deer walking through the yard and birds at the feeders in the backyard to enjoy as well as a Disc Golf basket if you want to practice your putting! I’m looking for a male or a female, who, if not sharing my interests, at least shares my vibe. I’m a creative artistictype who writes for a living and enjoys crafts and dancing. I play disc golf and am out often with my hobbies. The entrance allows you to come and go with privacy. But I also welcome you to sit with me for coffee or come for game night. The house is OURS to enjoy. Walking trail 2 blocks away. I’m late s with a healthy lifestyle. The move in fee is a deposit which is refundable upon move out minus any repair fees from damages not covered by normal wear and tear. Utilities are approximate. Internet is included.
