I am looking for someone to takeover a room/lease in my bathroom apartment in North Natomas (Irongate Apartment Homes). Located across the street from BelAir, Wells Fargo, etc. Just minutes from Natomas Marketplace & Sacramento Gateway (Target, TJ Maxx, Walmart, Home Goods, lots of restaurants).
Our lease would renew starting in May but my current roommate plans to move out. The room would be available starting .
The portion of rent for this room is currently $ (not including utilities - Water, Sewer, Garbage, Wifi, PG&E, and SMUD).
A few things I am looking for in a roommate:
• Female, preferably around my age (I am )
• Chill and trustworthy
• Clean and considerate
• NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT please (I've had issues with this with a past roommate so this is a non-negotiable)
• Ok with dogs (I have a Cocker Spaniel)
• No pets of your own since the apartment isn't really big enough for multiple pets
