Lease take over

I’m looking for someone to take over my half of a lease at The Guthrie Flats Apartments in South Ogden. Move in would be end of middle of April to beginning of May and lease would end on November . It is a bath with a shared living space. My roommate is female, , no pets. She is very respectful and clean. Looking for someone female only. Around $ a month utilities included and a $ refundable deposit
