If you are a student, this is right next to MSU and up the road from OTC. This place is within walking distance to Downtown SGF. Gas station next door (quite convenient). Like all things the sooner the better (you'll have a guaranteed living place). also this place has a small gym for residents. WiFi is provided for each apartment. Full kitchen, living room with couches and TV, pantry, fridge. The unit itself comes with a desk, night stand, three dressers, a twin bed with mattress and frame, and your very own private bathroom.
