Subletting bathroom apt

Hi! My roommates and I are looking to sublet our bathroom apartment on Symphony Road for June, July, and August!

The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances and recently renovated floors. Heat and hot water are included in the lease so the only utility you pay for is electricity! Laundry is also located right outside the front door.
