We have a single occupancy room available immediately with a private bath. Enjoy the convenience of a keyless security entry and the peace of mind having Landlords that reside on- . Utilities included in rent are Wi-Fi, central heat, central air conditioning use of kitchen, dishes, pots & pans, laundry, and pool (in season). We do ask that you use your cell for all calls. You can stream your TV on our private Wi-Fi. On street parking permit provided. No pets, no smoking & no drugs allowed. A Security Deposit along with first month's rent is due at move in.
