Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to join the lease and share my 2-bedroom apartment in Hatfield Village. This isn’t just a room rental we’ll both be on the lease and splitting the apartment equally. my current roommate is moving out when our lease ends, so you’ll need to complete paperwork with the leasing office. The leasing office will need the new roommate to provide a completed application, proof of income, and a copy of a government-issued ID. For bills everything is split in half except for pet(s). The highest we paid for was in total. Your room isn’t in the pictures. So you’ll be spending less than 1k for rent+bills!!!
