Please note: There is no fence between the studio and pool, and there is a downhill walk from the parking area to the units. This is a non smoking unit and pets are not allowed without permission. Although a credit check may not be used for determining approval, a background check and verification of income will be required.

Lease will initially be month to month. All utilities are included. Parking is available for one car. There is a downhill walk from the parking area to the entrance.
