Looking for fourth roommate

the rent is a month, and we pay for elec, gas and wifi. all other utilities are include and we have guest parking. one of my roommates does have a cat, but we've never had an issue with her scratching furniture or peeing/pooping around the apartment. the room itself is not the biggest, and it does not have a closet. there is a closet in the hallway however, which would be yours. the rent is adjusted so that you would be less than the rest of us. as a VT student, I walk to all my classes (super close to campus and downtown). the place is fully furnished, except for the room you’d be in. if interested, message me on insta evelyn.bolling
