Hello! Looking for a student to take over my lease for the SUMMER. This is perfect for anyone taking summer semester courses at an institution nearby such as Towson/Morgan State University. Please contact me for more information regarding the sublease. You'd get your own private bathroom and bedroom, but the kitchen is shared with two other girls. Everything inside the apartment is fully furnished and has a W/D. Amenities include a gym, pool (perfect for the summer!), grill and lawn area, multiple community areas, study pods, dog park, rooftop terrace, and much more. Utilities are included, however electricity is split between everyone in the apartment (comes to around $ per month). Rent is roughly $ and includes a parking pass... willing to negotiate. This lease would run from the end of May until July . My unit is D!
