Looking for someone to share living space with. I am a y/o professional, queer, artist, she/they pronouns. The house is bath, kitchen/living room.

Rent about $ each, one bedroom is larger so can offset rent accordingly. Utilities (generally around $ each fluctuates). Move in May 1st can be flexible depending. Month to month.

Location close to UCDavis hospital. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, small back yard, shared driveway.
