I am looking for someone to take over my lease at District on Apache for the school year. The lease is for a bath unit so you will have your own private bathroom and a walk in closet. The apartment comes fully furnished and is built into the price so there is no additional cost for that. The other 3 roommates are guys that will be Juniors next year and are pretty flexible with most things so don’t hesitate to reach out.
