Looking for female housemate

Description

I am a year old working professional looking for a female housemate to share this unit. My housemate has moved so I am looking for someone who is clean and responsible to join me. Rent will be per week.
The bedroom will be unfurnished so you can bring your own furniture or if needed I can get a bed and mattress. There are some furniture in the common areas but if you'd like to bring something - you're welcome to it. There's an air con in the living room.Room is decent size and has a walk in wardrobe.
Bathroom is shared between us so i would like someone who cleans after themselves. The area is very close to Arundel plaza and is in a beautiful surrounding.
