One Private Room in Communal Home

The Palatial Garden is looking for a fourth roommate 🙂

We are calling in all garden enthusiasts, music lovers, foodies, creative and reliable folks to join our home!

Our garden sanctuary is located in a quiet neighbourhood, beside a couple of ravines in Maillardville, Coquitlam.

Our home is relatively close to the city, but you’ll enjoy the feeling of living in nature.
(-minute drive to East Van and the closest train stations are Braid and Lougheed)


Living here is Taylour, Janis, and Hillary!
We’ve got a huge character kitchen
Music/yoga space upstairs
Cozy basement
Large deck
Fire pit
Front/back yard garden spaces

We are generally a very calm home, but we often find ourselves in spontaneous chats/supporting one another, being silly, doing dinners/board games, or going out dancing together.

We believe in having fun, healthy relationships with the people we surround ourselves with, and value closeness, space, respect, and conscious communication.
Some of our other interests are acro yoga, singing, photography, slack lining, djing, dance, and psychology.

Outside of the house we enjoy all types of camping, traveling hiking, river rafting, music events or festivals, singing circles or other types of conscious gatherings.


We value a clean, organized home where people do their part, so, if you are a neat/organized enthusiast – brownie points for you! The cleaning standards are often above average.


We will not be making any more pet additions to the home this time around, as we already have two amazing cats here.
