Opportunity ONLY for Students in the arts fields / Artists / Art Practitioners who practice visual arts, music or performing arts.

We are a small non-profit organisation aimed at promoting the arts and culture, and we enjoy sharing our space with people of a similar mindset. Due to the nature of the space, we would love to host art minded people, who have a sense of belonging are organised and as well careful and mindful with reference to cleanliness and property care.

The house can take up a maximum of 4 people, with times being share with one person, and times shared with other three persons.

The location is very central, minutes walk to Valletta, and with bus stops which maximum are of minutes walk from the house. All the bus stops will take you to different locations, either to the north or to the south of Malta.

The closest convenience store is 1 minute walk (open till midnight) and the closest supermarket is minutes walk from the house.

We are offering either a twin room (Shared room) for the price of two hundred and ninety euro per month, or else a big double bedroom for a single person at the price of ty euro per month.

The price includes: Use of kitchen and washing facilities, internet and water and electricity.
The price does not include: Toiletries, washing liquids and food.

Rules: We do not accept overnight guests
Maximum of stay: 3 months

A ten percent non-refundable deposit is required on booking confirmation
