Very Chill relaxing spot. Animal friendly. All furniture in room and access to whole place. Shared Bathroom and friendly pets welcome. I’m still decorating and have laundry on this floor. Floor . Looking for a good place with easy access to downtown? Centrally located in Slavic Village with bus stop out front. Shared space with 1 other adult , 1 chihuahua and 1 kitty. I’m a retired Artist. TV, Bed and furniture included in room. No Bugs and no bums. Rents due before you move in and so is utilities. Secure parking with video surveillance both inside and outside. 1st month and security due upon approval. It’s not a credit score but, a good fit for this place is needed. and smoke friendly preferred….
