Hi! My name is Judy. I'm seeking to rent a walk-out lower level of my condo to a single woman who does not smoke or have pets. The space is large, has ' ceilings, plenty of windows, a bedroom with a king sized bed, walk-in closet, and furniture in the entire space. There is a private full bath and a large general area with a couch, another bed (queen size), plenty of space to work and watch tv, etc. There is a back entrance on this level or enter from the main level.
 
You can share an enclosed garage if you have a small to mid-sized car. There is a laundry room, a 2nd fridge, all the furniture, cookware and appliances, and all utilities (including wifi) are included in the price.
 
This home is in a safe, and highly desirable area. We have lots of grocery and other stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. and are near Creve Coeur Lake and parks. We are close to the airport and to major highways but the home is situated in a quiet location with common ground behind us where deer and rabbits are seen almost daily. I live on the main level and work from home. I am fairly private and self-contained but also friendly and helpful.
