Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to share a bath apartment in Rosemont. The available room is spacious, gets good light, and has its own private bathroom.

The apartment is fully furnished (except the bedroom), and has everything you’d expect—washer & dryer in-unit, dishwasher, large TV, comfy couch, etc. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, small gym, and nice areas for walking around. There’s also off-street parking available.

It’s a great spot—close to Sac State and UC Davis Health. I’m pretty laid-back, clean, and respectful, and I’m hoping to find someone similar.

Rent is $/month, plus utilities. The room is available now.
