Find an Apartment Together?

I'm looking for a home and not just a place to stay.
I am a respectful, quiet, mature and congenial woman. I've lived in Santa Barbara years and don't want to leave, though I'm getting priced out of affordable places to live. I'm getting divorced so need to find a new space.

I'm looking for someone to rent an apartment together with me. These are some of the places I've found that could be possible.

Willow Springs, Ivy Apts.at Carrillo, The Messina and N. La Cumbre Rd.

The rents vary, but I can afford half if you can make up the other half.

I'm really easy to get along with!. I read, sew and am really into genealogy. I walk on the beach for excercise. I have a very friendly indoor cat, so no dogs please. Another cat may be possible. I'm home a lot during the week, but out and about on the weekends. I'm liberal politically, moderate personally.
