Room for Rent

Description

This room has a built-in computer desk with a wireless connection to my printer and can be used within reason. The desk also comes with a " TV with a remote that has YoutubeTV, Netflix, Prime, PBS, Internet. There is space on the wall to mount a large TV. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and 3 dressers and all utilities. There is a sunroom with a new medical grade spa and the yard has a fenced garden within the yard which is completely fenced and private. There is a shared kitchen that has pretty much everything needed and living areas. I have a small library and sewing equipment I will share. There is an outdoor kitchen area with built-in barbeque and a fire pit. The house is wood heated and electric. You will need to know how to build a fire or be willing to be taught. You must understand fire is a safety issue. There is off-street parking for one vehicle and one for visitors. I have garages, but there is a pool table in the double car garage which I am working on at the moment. I play pool. This is a clean and sober house that includes your friends though it doesn’t mean you cannot drink. It means, you cannot be drunk or get in trouble with the law or cause trouble because of your drinking. Assigned smoking areas are not on my property period. You want to smoke cigarettes, live with someone else. Quiet, respectful; clean is the key! I have storage space in a small shed, but that’s it and a little in the garage. You can have an animal with a pet deposit of $ non-refundable. You are to clean up after your pet regularly with the hose. I don't want to see or smell anything. If the animal damages something that is to be repaired or replaced right then, don't expect to wait for the deposit to take care of it. I'm asking for the first $ and last $ and a key deposit of $ that will be returned. References required and a criminals history check cost $.
