Seeking roommate in Bothell

Hi! I’m currently renting a bath apartment and am seeking a roommate to join me starting in July.
My building is in a quiet part of the complex. There are lots of amenities including a new fitness center and a big, heated, indoor pool. My apartment is in great condition with new appliances and details. I have a roommate who’ll move out in July. That bedroom and bathroom will be unfurnished. Most of everything else you see in the photos will still be here. Our bedrooms and bathrooms don’t share walls and that adds some more privacy. I’m looking for someone with the same general sense of mutual respect, so we pay rent on time, keep our shared spaces clean, and treat one another considerately. We’ll just be safe, chill, and living well. :-)
