Apartment for rent

I am looking for a new roommate to move in MAY !!!! NOT FLEXIBLE. You are welcome to stay as long as you please, but I am going to graduate May !

- wifi is split by both of us and due every th of the month.

- 2 minute walk from the
- free street parking - can pay for spot in basement garage.
- laundry in basement

- lots of natural light.

A little about me :)
- I am a year old woman living in Vancouver to go to school. I am a bit of a homebody, but I do work in tswas, ride horses in delta, and attend school at UBC. I am looking for a roommate who is tidy, but doesn't mind an occasional mess. I do drink and go out so someone who doesn't mind that. I also do have a partner (male) who will be around in the summer months. I would like to live with someone who is willing to be not only a roommate but a friend. Somerthy as I do travel in the summer months. You are of course allowed friends to come over and spend the night within reason.

- You do not need to be a student, but I am looking for someone around my age.
