Hi, my name is Jordy, and I am a -year old graphic designer in Henderson. I live with 3 other girls all aged , we have a single cat in the house but no kids or smoking. My house is looking for one other girl. We did have 6 at one point but two were sisters who moved out together.

The room is in Henderson, on the outskirts towards Boulder City. It's a house, you'd get a private bedroom with no shared walls in one corner of the house, and a shared bathroom, personal vanity room and lots of closets/storage. Shared living spaces downstairs include kitchen/living/laundry/guest bathroom/personal pantries/designated cabinets & more! Tons of parking, private pool gets cleaned weekly, gated community. Girls only apply please :)

Could be partially furnished, we have a pink Queen bed and mattress that can stay with the room if you need it.

The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on April 1. Rent includes Utilities/Internet/Pool Cleaning/Trash Service.
