House Roommate for Traveling Father

I am looking for someone ASAP (hopefully in April/May) to share a rental home with, really more of a live-in house-sitter than a roommate. I am a divorced father of three, and I do not live anywhere near Omaha, but my kids live nearby. I want to rent a bedroom house with a yard so that when I travel to see them we have a nice home environment. Its easier for me to travel to Omaha than them travel to me, so this allows me to see them more often. I would likely only be at the house weekends a month and during holidays. Regardless, I would fully furnish most of the house so it is ready for when the kids and I visit. I’m only looking for one person to share the rent and utilities. Price is negotiable. Once we find an agreement, you will be on the lease along with me. We can discuss the ideal location in Omaha before completing the lease.
