About the Room:
Looking for a roommate for a three bed sq/ft unit. Rent is ~ plus utilities split three ways. Room is square, unfurnished, w/ walk-in closet. Full shared bath with the other roommate (F). Minimal background check required (as per management). app fee.

We are located within a min Uber to Downtown, a minute walk to the lake side and a min drive to airport. Complex is called The Hamptons and the address is: Woodland Pointe Dr. Nashville, TN

Complex has pool, dog park, onsite parking and a gym.

!!!!You would be signing onto a lease with me and the other roommate. The property manager will require a: background check, credit check, sign-on fees and deposit based upon the checks!!!!



About Us:
I am M/ and the other roommate is /F. We are a bit nerdy, a bit outdoorsy and try to keep it chill.

We both like to cook and nerd out on our favorite movies. LGBTQ+ friendly. We also enjoy board games / DnD, video games, hiking, movies and meeting new people/experiences.

We currently have no pets, but may be looking into a dog down the line.
