Need a room w private bath

Hi! My name is Bianca and I am thirty one years old and I have an eleven year old Pomeranian (I would prefer to move into a house with no pets, though) and would like a female roommate.
I am an interior designer so my schedule varies- I may be home most of the time one week and then gone a lot on appointments and social events the next! I would love a place with no carpet, my own bathroom (preferably IN the bedroom, if possible!) and would only move in with a roommate that’s ALSO quiet and clean! My home is my zen space so I
