Rent: £ per month (this is a price for everything including council tax, internet, electricity and TV licence and rent of course)

Available: Immediately

Rent duration: Long term only

Deposit: 1 month rent deposit (so £)

Room: A double bedroom with some basic furniture.

Shared areas: Kitchen, living room, bathroom

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to shops and bus lines.
The flat is old but it's important to me that it's kept nice and tidy.
The room itself is quite big with enough space for double bed and extra furniture if needed. We also have a small shared living room with nice view of the park.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easygoing. Ideal for someone working/studying nearby.
